Dear Parents:
It’s time to start planning your children’s summer activities! At New Colony we are excited to announce our 20th year of Super Summer. We have an exciting four weeks of camp planned for children entering Kindergarten through completion of 6th grade (age 12). The camp day begins at 9:00 A.M. and concludes at Noon, Monday through Friday (there is no Camp on Wednesday July 4th).

| Week 4 | Crazy Games Week | July 23-27 | $20 per child |
The first week will begin on Monday, July 2nd. We will be joined by a team from Coaling Baptist Church from Alabama who are returning this year to host Arts & Crafts Week. The second week, July 9th -13th, is Sports Week; our host team has not confirmed yet, but we are planning to have this week available. Adventure Week will be from July 16th – 20th, and will be hosted by a team from Central Baptist Church in Douglasville, GA. And finally, Crazy Games Week, July 23rd – 27th will be hosted by a team from The Hill Baptist Church in Augusta, GA.
We hope you will register your children for this fun opportunity to learn about God in a safe and loving environment. The cost is $20 per child per week, plus a $10 per child non-refundable registration fee. Each child will receive a Super Summer T-shirt.
Enclosed you will find a registration form, an emergency contact form and a copy of our discipline policy. A separate registration and emergency form must be filled out and signed for each child. Also, please take a few moments to go over the discipline policy with your children so they know what is expected of them.
Our refund policy is: 100% refund prior to June 1st, 50% refund prior to June 14th, no refund available after June 14th. Please call the church office at 978-663-4773 if you have any questions or concerns, or would like additional forms.
