Dads can have a powerful impact in their families. The foundation for life is Jesus Christ. As a follower of Jesus you can be a Godly example in your family. Ask yourself, “is my spiritual life worth imitating?” Are you reflecting Jesus each day?

Give unconditional love to family members. Love your family the same way God loves you, unconditionally. Pray for each person in your family every day. I Thessalonians 5:17 says “pray without ceasing.”

Have fun at home. Learn to laugh and not take yourself too seriously. Take time to have fun with your kids while they are at home. Connect with them in healthy ways. Model the Christian life for them. You have a powerful influence in your family. Use that influence to help them know Jesus and grow into Godly young men and women. Dad, love your wife unconditionally.

Let your faith in Jesus shine brightly in your home.
